Deborah Crandall Saxe arbitrates and mediates employment law disputes through JAMS. She has mediated and arbitrated thousands of legal disputes.

Ms. Saxe is a quick study, prepared, personable, approachable, creative, and flexible. As a mediator, she has demonstrated that she is strong, good at listening and reading people, and a tenacious closer. As an Arbitrator, she is fair, practical, unflappable, and not afraid to make tough decisions.

Ms. Saxe resides in Southern California and is available to mediate or arbitrate anywhere (in person or remotely via Zoom or other video technology).

Ms. Saxe is married. She and her husband, Bob, have two adult daughters and a cute dog named Lorie, who looks like (and is named after) The Lorax.
