Deborah Saxe is an Arbitrator and Mediator affiliated with JAMS. She is a retired Jones Day Partner.
Before becoming a full-time neutral, she was a litigator and appellate lawyer at major international law firms for more than 25 years. When she was practicing law, Chambers USA called her “an aggressive and highly capable litigator with “substantial experience in the courtroom as a trial lawyer.” More recently, Chambers USA called her “a talented mediator.”

She is a Lifetime Member of WLALA and was a member of LACBA’s Board of Trustees in 2005-08 and 2010-13. She is a long-time member of LACBA’s Labor & Employment Law Section, which she chaired in 2002-2003, as well as the Labor & Employment Law Sections of the ABA, the California Bar Association, and the Pasadena Bar Association. She also is a member of the ABA's Dispute Resolution Section and a Member of Arbitral Women.
